About Stretch-N-Sweat Yoga

Stretch-N-Sweat Yoga and Stretch-N-Sweat kids offers a variety of yoga classes. The warm yoga class encompasses 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises will help adults combat a variety of afflictions, from stress and insomnia to arthritis and back pain and maintain exceptional health for years to come. The heat from the work-out promotes detoxification through sweating and limits the effects of ageing. The flow yoga class encompasses core toning, total body stretching and mindfulness.

The flow class is customized per individual whether it be a slower pace restorative, a faster pace strength or a 50% strength and 50% stretch class. Depending on level and goal towards a balanced energy state of body and mind.

Suitable for all levels. All classes 60 minutes long and can last longer with meditation practice.

Kids yoga offers an entertaining and engaging 60 minute yoga adventure for kids to connect to their inner calmness and use their imaginations to hold poses, light music played in the background. They will be entertained through different stories and adventures while doing animal poses, vehicle poses and many more.
